Merel Dekeling
Merel is 16 years old and has been playing cricket since she was 4. She is a member of Quick C.C. The Hague.
Merel likes cricket a lot: the team feeling, the fact that a match can change in no time, the excitement, learning new things every match, the fact that every match is different, the training, the exciting feeling you get when you do something good.
Merel would like to help organize festivals. Given her age and the target group for which the festivals will be organized, she can clearly reflect to the wishes and needs of young people. In addition, Merel is also keen herself to teach others and loves to help out during practise sessions. This is an interesting challenge for the future for her. She feels it is important for her to join the youth advisory committee.
